NikiZ - Nikola Zsurikova
About me
NikiZ is the artistic name of Slovak visual artist Nikola Zsurikova, born on May 5, 1987, in Bratislava, Slovakia.
Since childhood, I’ve been drawn to creating. I painted, sculpted, imagined worlds and moments. Even as a little girl, I saw things differently. My thoughts, my visions they carried a depth and emotion I couldn’t yet explain. That was the soul of an artist. I wasn’t taught to become one. I was born one.
I am a visionary artist. I see things ahead of time. Each of my artworks comes to me fully formed in my mind, a vision that I simply bring into reality through my hands.
My greatest artistic inspiration comes from the Renaissance, Neoclassicism, and mythology I admire the precision of the old masters and their ability to reflect the world of their time with depth and soul. I reinterpret their legacy through a modern lens, blending it with themes like femininity, urban life, sports, space, and ecology.
My work merges classical technique with pop-art boldness and street art energy. It lives on walls, canvases, leather, fashion pieces, sculptures and even in orbit.
I’ve collaborated with global brands including , Corum Watch, Jeep, Land Cruiser, Stamp Paris, and Le Bag. My murals span cities and continents, from live performances in international venues to large-scale commissions like the five-star Palais Ronsard Hotel in Marrakech. I’ve also participated in charitable projects with organizations like Grandissons Ensemble.
In addition to my own collections, I also create custom artworks on commission often portraits or full-figure compositions of individuals or groups. These pieces blend realism with street art aesthetics, capturing the deeper essence of the subject through layers of graffiti, objects, and symbolic storytelling. The result is a visual narrative that reflects not just appearance, but identity, energy, and presence.
My sculptural series, Ni-Žu, features stylized human figures joined by hidden magnets in their hands a symbol of biomagnetic connection and the invisible energy that links us all. One half is neutral grey calm and balanced the other, a vivid graffiti expression of love, peace, family, and respect.
I’m also the founder of Exodus, a unisex streetwear brand that turns art into wearable storytelling. One of my signature works a painting of bees and an astronaut reflects our need to protect nature, before we are forced to live on another planet. Where there are bees, there is life.
My NFT artwork currently orbits Earth aboard Elon Musk’s Transporter-9 mission, becoming part of Slovakia’s third satellite and my most cosmic gallery yet.
I’ve worked with many places, including Tusi Restaurant (Vietnamese cuisine), where I created bespoke artwork, and N4 Bar in downtown Bratislava, where my murals decorate not just the walls but the ceiling as well.
I also created the album cover for Kelsa, a Slovak rapper and producer.
Currently, I’m exhibiting most of my works at the Papajosette Gallery in Switzerland.
Additionally, I had the honor of collaborating with neurologist Tomáš Eichler, for whom I created illustrations.
Currently, I’m developing a unique, multi-sensory experience that connects art with science, music, and human well-being designed for future mobility and beyond.
Coming soon.
My art lives in collections around the world including by names such as Paul Marciano, Mario Winans, J. Balvin, DJ Snake, Martin Škrtel, Stanislav Lobotka, Nene, Cyril Théréau, Boris Kollár, Róbert Vittek, and many more.
Art is not just to be seen
It is to be felt, lived, and remembered.
I believe I’m here to create something great.
To shift minds, open hearts, and push the boundaries of art
where it’s never been before.
Per aspera ad astra – through hardships to the stars.

Sculptures Ni-Zu ( My sculptural series, Ni-Žu, features stylized human figures joined by hidden magnets in their hands — a symbol of biomagnetic connection and the invisible energy that links us all. One half is neutral grey — calm and balanced — the other, a vivid graffiti expression of love, peace, family, and respect.)
The artwork presents a striking fusion of classic and contemporary elements. At the forefront, a sculptural representation of David, renowned for his determination and strength, is transformed into a modern figure clad in ski attire. Dressed in a vibrant Nike winter jacket, the colors pop against the backdrop, creating a dynamic visual contrast that pulls the viewer in. His determined gaze is directed forward, embodying a spirit of ambition and adventure. Behind David, the majestic Mont Blanc looms, its snow-capped peaks an awe-inspiring contrast to the figure’s playful ski attire. This juxtaposition between the grandeur of nature and the modern man in motion adds depth to the narrative of the piece. The artwork is further enhanced by the incorporation of street art elements. Graffiti tags and urban motifs weave through the composition, lending a gritty texture and an energetic vibe that connects the classical figure to contemporary life. The overall effect is a thought-provoking blend of history and modernity, where the essence of determination is captured in the spirit of adventure.
